sweating it out with Wii Fit

Holy Cow! I am soaking wet... I have just finished "playing" with B and the Wii Fit we gave him for his birthday. I am amazed at just how much work it really is. Those clever people at Nintendo really have it figured out...

Super Hubby is a star at just about everything he tries (except cooking) so naturally he was racking up the 1st place marks on all the activities.... but miracle of miracles... I smoked him in ski jump and naturally I'm obsessed. I must have done 20 jumps in a row trying to get top 3 places... settled for 8 of the top 10. I'm sure you are all wondering how on earth can I be sweating after "fake" ski jumping. I'm wondering the same thing... in defense it is a bit muggy, and we did jogging, hula-hoop, and skiing...I'm impressed with this purchase!

Only thing I'm not crazy about is that it told B he was overweight which he so clearly is NOT. that bothers me a bit.

do you Wii Fit???

I. CANNOT. WAIT. I should have pre-order a game when I had the chance, now I have to wait, wait, wait.

My daughter wants us to get a Wii. I'm just afraid that someone will throw a punch and the controller will got through the TV screen! Any advice? Have a Happy 4th of July!

I heard that the wii fit isn't equipped to tell whether a child is fit or not. The scale or whatever it is it uses is meant for adults. So you probably need to ignore that part for the kids.
