why is it that...
- you sometimes get the middle seat in the last row when... EVERY other middle seat is empty as well as many isles and windows...
- so many people drink tomato juice** on planes... do they drink tomato juice @ home??? i've decided that it must be some sort of special treat to fly so they drink a special treat....
- when are all my travel karma gifts to other travelers are going to pay back???
** i'm not a tomato juice drinker... think it's gross!

Yesterday I was on a flight coming back from a family reunion. My seat assignment was 7B. There were no "B" seats on the flight, so I just sat in "A." I was displaced 7 times before I had a seat to call my own!
I agree, tomato juice is gross. And you're right, a lot of people do drink it on planes! Why is that?

I completely agree with you on the tomato juice thing. Nasty! I can't believe there were that many people that made you even notice!
I have ALWAYS wondered about tomato juice. Does it taste divine at 30,000 ft+. I've never tried it.
Maybe people get it and then add a swig of vodka from their bag. Whatever makes flying bearable I say.
i orefer window seat and NEVER saw tomatojiuce served on our planes ha!
